Epstein Barr Virus Infectious Mononucleosis

Or just Mono if you will...and yes, that's what I've got...on top of Anemia.

I've been wallowing in my own misery for the past 3 weeks trying to figure out why I was so sick, knowing that the Anemia wasn't just it, and now I know.

At least 2 more weeks of doing absolutely NOTHING to try and kill this bugger then another blood test. Any suggestions on what to do while I sit at home would be great. Any company to help pass the time would be even better...I promise I won't lick you :)

It looks as if your an athlete. I'm as well. It was just a few months ago that I ran my first marathon. As of today, you guessed it. I was diagnosed with Mono! This past week was torture with being dizzy, having headaches and being worn out. I wish you a speedy recovery. Take Care, Lewis

Hi Lewis,

First of all, congrats on running your first marathon! I'm so sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with this silly virus as well. My first 3 weeks were absolutely awful but I'm finally starting to walk around and leave the house for a few hours at a time without feeling like I am going to pass out. Keep your head up and let me know if you find anything exciting to pass the time with...I'm losing my mind! All the best,

Erin
