Great weekend of fun and training including a little mountain biking this afternoon up in Nederland in the 95* weather. Luckily at 8800 feet it doesn't feel THAT bad. However, the ridiculous amount of ice cream I did eat afterwards to cool off didn't feel that great :)
Getting better and better everyday which is making life a lot easier. Now I just need to concentrate on keeping hydrated so I don't get worn out from the hot weather hitting Boulder over the next week. Alright, off to bed so I can get up early to pick JZ up from the airport.
