Attempting to cook...again
We all know how much Bryce and I love to cook and how we usually last about one or two weeks with a ''new'' cooking regime. However, with a better attitude, I think that this time we're in for the long haul. We met with our nutritionist on Friday and purchased this great book on Saturday (click on the pic to check out the site and some featured recipes). After choosing a few recipes, we made our normal grocery trip and found that it wasn't as hard as we thought. Of course we had to pick up a few extra spices that we didn't have but since each recipe only calls for 5 ingredients, it was actually quite simple. We made our first 15min meal of Asiago Crusted Pork Chops and Broccoli with Sour Cream Sauce and it couldn't have gone better. It was simple, quick and we even have leftovers for lunch or dinner. We're going to try 3 new things a week for now, keep your fingers crossed that we stick to it :)
