Okay, where to start. Three big problems from what I can see. You are pulling way (and I mean WAY) outside the center line of your body. Your hand on your pull should be directly under the centerline of your body. When you are looking at the bottom of the pool you should see your hand passing right in front of your face. Problem two, your are swimming like a windmill which leaves a dead spot in your stroke. You need to swim much closer to a catch-up stroke. Add a longer glide on your entry to allow your back hand to catch-up more. Lastly, you have no ankle flexibility, which means you are getting nothing out of your kick, which by itself isn't a problem in triathlon except that your legs are sitting soooo low in the water it is dragging your hips down too. Hope your knee is heeling up. CJ
and I'd add, since you have no glide out front, your arm , from fingers to shoulder, immediately start to push straight down, then back, instead of getting a catch out front, elbow high, and then pushing straight back. when you push down, that's not the direction you want to push the water, because it means your body is going to go up some, when you really just want it to go forward.
